Hey everyone, so I recently had my wisdom teeth removed and I stumbled upon a simple recipe for ice cream...using bananas.
Its super delicious and you can add peanut butter, honey and chocolate chips to give it that extra sweetness.
All you have to do is cut a ripe banana into 1/2 inch rounds and freeze. Then place the frozen banana bits in a food processor and process until it becomes a smooth, rich texture. You will need to scrape down the sides every so often. Next you can add your toppings and process until blended throughout.
Serve right away or freeze for future use.
It's as simple as that...Happy snacking!

Beef Sliders
I used 1 lb of extra lean ground beef, 1 onion (diced), 3 cloves of garlic (diced), 1 egg, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, a pinch of parsley flakes and 1/4 cup bread crumbs. |
Then I mixed all the ingredients together at once using my hands. |
Then I formed the beef into 2 inch wide and 1/2 inch thick patties. |
I cooked for about 15-20 minutes on a hot grill. Cooking temperatures may differ so cook until juices run clear when pierced with a fork. |
I then surrounded the patty with a bun and garnished with my favourite toppings. Happy Snacking! |
